Subscription & Billing Policy

Plans and regional pricing

Available plans, currencies, limits, taxes, payment gateways and promotional prices may vary by country. The price and billing details displayed at checkout are the terms applicable to that purchase.

Renewal

If a plan is configured for automatic renewal, the subscription renews for the next billing period unless cancelled before renewal. If automatic renewal is not enabled, continued access may require manual payment.

Plan limits

Meeting minutes, participant limits, recording minutes, storage, staff accounts and other entitlements depend on the selected plan. Usage beyond plan limits may be restricted or require an upgrade.

Failed payments

If payment fails or remains unpaid, paid features may be restricted or suspended after reasonable attempts to resolve the billing issue.
