Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a recurring subscription. Unless a purchase screen or written agreement states otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Refund requests

Fees already charged are generally non-refundable once the paid service period has begun, except where required by applicable law, where a duplicate/incorrect charge occurred, or where MeetsApp.live expressly agrees otherwise. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly with the account email, invoice/payment reference and reason.

Trials and promotions

Trial and promotional terms shown at signup apply to that offer. To avoid a future paid renewal, cancel before the applicable renewal date where automatic billing is enabled.

Payment-provider timing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practicable. Bank or payment-provider processing times are outside our direct control.
